My name is Tuyen (pronounced “Tween”). I moved to Oxford 10 years ago with my family. Growing up I spent a lot of time at my Grandma’s house. Her garden was full of fresh herbs so we never had to buy any- we just picked them and cooked them straight away!
I love working around food. Sometimes I mix eastern and western ingredients together to create a new flavour. Vietnamese food is very healthy, fresh and full of flavours.
After many years cooking for family and friends, for a period of time I worked for Sophie Grigson’s pop-up cookery school in Oxford. I want to share the passion that I have for Vietnamese food with you.
